    Mountain bike

    Questo è un bellissimo punto panoramico su una roccia affiorante nella foresta, nella riserva naturale di Gavarres. Le ultime centinaia di metri probabilmente dovrai camminare con la tua bicicletta, ma ne vale la pena! C'è un grande pennone, alcuni ometti, un libro dei visitatori da firmare custodito in una scatola di metallo impermeabile e viste sul mare.

    Sommità con vista spettacolare sull'intera Alt i Baix Empordà.
    La salita intermedia è in cattive condizioni ed è molto difficile da fare in bici negli ultimi 25 metri, ma ne vale la pena.

    Montigalar (467 m) o Montigalar Gros (per differenziarlo da Montigalar Petit (377 m) che si trova a 720 m a SO) è una montagna delle Gavarres inclusa nella lista delle 100 vette della F.E.E.C. feec.cat/activitats/100-cims/cim/montigalar
    Alla sua sommità rocciosa troviamo un vertice geodetico e alcuni andromini che alcuni escursionisti amano decorare le cime delle montagne.
    Se la giornata è limpida potremo godere di magnifici panorami, quindi verso NE potremmo distinguere Sant Salvador Saverdera, El Perní, la Baia delle Rose, El Puig Rodó, Montplà (Montgrí), tra gli altri...
