    Il ponte sul più grande bacino idrico della Germania a Saalburg-Ebersdorf nella Turingia orientale è un'importante arteria di traffico lunga 240 m nella città di Saalburg. In passato esisteva un ponte di legno su cui si dovevano pagare i pedaggi. Nel 1929 fu costruito un viadotto lungo 293 metri e alto circa 60 metri (circa 10 metri sopra la superficie dell'acqua). Nel 1945 la Wehrmacht fece saltare in aria parti del ponte, fu ricostruito nel 1963 e aperto al traffico quattro anni dopo.
