    La cascata è anche conosciuta con i nomi di Chorro de Somosierra o Cascada de los Litueros. Si tratta di una meravigliosa cascata alta diversi metri che regala incredibili cartoline. Si forma sul letto dei torrenti Caño e Las Pedrizas provenienti dalle alte vette.

    Costituisce la caduta dell'acqua dell'Arroyo de La Peña del Chorro. Nei periodi di disgelo e in primavera è spettacolare. D'estate si secca. Questo ruscello, insieme ad altri ruscelli della zona, costituisce la sorgente del fiume Duratón, famoso per le sue gole e affluente del fiume Duero.
