    Vale la pena visitare il Castillo de San Felipe, ampiamente restaurato, a Playa de Jardin a Puerto de la Cruz. Fu costruito nel XVII secolo per difendere le navi che si rifugiavano ai moli di Puerto. Oggi funge da centro culturale dove si tengono mostre e concerti. La fortezza è aperta (tranne dom/lun) dalle 11:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 17:00 alle 20:00 L'ingresso è gratuito.
