    Il posto esiste dal 1991. 53000 mq. Zona trapezoidale con spazio per 150000 persone La statua è alta 16 metri, sotto il monumento ci sono gli ologrammi dei Giorni dell'Indipendenza. Nella piazza arde sempre un fuoco eterno in ricordo dei martiri. Ci sono anche sale espositive e conferenze.
