    La diga di Porąbka - una diga costruita nel 1928–1937 a Międzybrodzie Bialskie.
    Argilla le acque del fiume Soła, creando il lago Międzybrodzkie.
    È una diga d'acqua di tipo pesante. Fu costruito su un substrato roccioso secondo il progetto del prof. Gabriel Narutowicz e l'Ing. Tadeusz Baecker. La diga è alta 37,3 m e lunga 260 m.

    Interessante esempio di costruzione idrotecnica antecedente alla Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Non senza fascino, se qualcuno riesce ad apprezzare la bellezza di questo tipo di costruzione. In questo contesto propongo di confrontare l’aspetto di questa diga con la vicina diga del lago Żywieckie a Tresna, costruita ai tempi del socialismo reale.
