    Il sotterraneo Savoyeux, chiamato anche caveau Savoyeux, fu completato nel 1843. Permette alle barche di passare dalla Petite Saône alla Saône.

    Il tunnel è lungo 642 metri e largo 6,55 metri.

    Non c'era alzaia nel tunnel, il che costringeva i cavalli a fare il giro della struttura. I barcaioli dovevano quindi avanzare tirando le catene presenti lungo le pareti del sottosuolo.
