    Ottimo percorso attraverso Steyning e verso la costa o l'aeroporto di Brighton. Bella strada dominata dall'imponente e gotica Cappella del Lancing College.

    La strada di Coombes si estende parallela a Steyning Road attraverso il fiume Adur. La strada ondula appena al di sopra di 50 m sul livello del mare e conduce alla vista di Botolphs sul fiume e alla fabbrica sulla vostra destra e a Coombes Farm Tours sulla vostra sinistra vicino alla Church Farm.
