    La chiesa risale ad un edificio medievale. Di questo periodo risale l'odierno campanile della chiesa, le cui fondamenta risalgono al 1200 circa. Dopo che l'edificio cadde in rovina, fu in gran parte ricostruito, che fu completato nel 1418. Questo precedente edificio fu ricostruito nel XVII secolo. Gran parte della torre quadrata, come il pavimento del campanile e la slanciata sommità della torre, risalgono al 1616 o 1617.

    Dal 1901 al 1906 fu ricostruita gran parte dell'odierna navata. La chiesa a navata unica era disposta come una chiesa a pilastri. La chiesa rappresentava la chiesa parrocchiale e il centro del paese.
