    Durante le escursioni nella splendida riserva naturale della Valsertal, è possibile fare una sosta al rifugio Geraer Hütte o addirittura accamparsi per la notte. Per gli amanti dell'arrampicata è disponibile una palestra di roccia. È possibile raggiungerlo tramite le vie d'accesso attraverso la Valsertal, la Schmirntal o la Zillertal.
