    Un'antica leggenda narra che nel Mummelsee vivevano sirene, nani e un re. Nelle notti di luna piena, si dice che le sirene venissero al Deckerhof a Seebach per fare artigianato con i residenti, cantare e raccontare poesie.
    Le sirene vengono ancora in visita nelle serate del villaggio. Naturalmente solo in compagnia del suo severo padre, il Mummelseekönig.
