    Mountain bike

    Non mancano i castelli in Valle Aurina. Anche se a volte rimangono solo le rovine. Come qui: il castello di Are fu finalmente fatto saltare in aria dall'elettore Joseph Clemens di Baviera nel 1714 e se i resti non fossero stati ampiamente rinnovati e posti sotto la protezione dei monumenti, probabilmente oggi non ne rimarrebbe molto. Vale comunque la pena la piccola e faticosa deviazione per il colle alto 240 metri su cui sorgono i ruderi. Perché da qui si ha una vista davvero fantastica su Altenahr.

    Molto bella la vista a 360 gradi in alto. Soprattutto in una soleggiata giornata autunnale quando il fogliame ha già cambiato colore.

    Davvero un bel posto. Super grandi rovine del vecchio castello con una splendida vista panoramica sulla Valle Aurina. Basta godersi il panorama e i pochi metri di dislivello sono già dimenticati.
