La qualità della roccia è molto buona. Ci sono circa 50 vie di arrampicata molto ben protette nel III. - IX. Grado. Le informazioni possono essere trovate anche tramite il sistema informativo DAV Rock (felsinfo.alpenverein.de). La guida di arrampicata "Göttinger Wald" di Peter Brunnert (Panico-Verlag - attualmente fuori stampa, una nuova edizione è prevista per il 2022) offre informazioni migliori.
