    Costruito sul principio di una casa galleggiante, con questo tipo di mulino, l'intero mulino e la tecnologia di macinazione, compreso l'azionamento: la ruota ondulata, che inevitabilmente ricorda la ruota a pale di un piroscafo, si trova su una piattaforma galleggiante. Il mulino è stato ricostruito nel 1997 secondo il modello originale ed è l'unico mulino galleggiante e funzionante in Europa centrale con un design tradizionale.
