Il ponte di Segovia fu costruito dallo stesso architetto del Monastero di San Lorenzo de El Escorial sotto il regno di Filippo II nel XVI secolo. Gli stagni che sono stati costruiti dove passava l'M30 ospitano la fauna e la flora acquatiche autoctone. Il riflesso del Palacio de Oriente e della Cattedrale dell'Almudena nell'acqua crea una scena perfetta da immortalare con una foto.
