    Museo davvero buono situato alla periferia di Barnard Castle. Famoso per la meccanica Silver Swan, e originariamente apparteneva alla famiglia Bowes-Lyon (parenti della regina Elisabetta del Regno Unito).
    Vale la pena visitare e passare un po' di tempo a curiosare nel museo, per scoprire tutto sulla storia sia nazionale che locale. Ha anche un bel caffè e ristorante se hai voglia di mangiare un boccone.
