    Bluff Park fu designato terreno pubblico nel XVIII secolo ed è uno dei più antichi punti panoramici urbani della regione. I pannelli informativi lungo il percorso raccontano del periodo coloniale spagnolo, del commercio sul Mississippi e dello sviluppo della città. Il Ponte dei Sospiri collega le due parti del parco tramite Roth Hill Road. Sentiero tranquillo e ben tenuto, con numerose panchine e vista sul fiume e sulla città bassa.
