The Wisent Trail is one of the most popular Rothaarsteig trails. A bit mountainous but extremely beautiful.
The Forellenhof is probably permanently closed, the Sonnenhof has different opening times....
There remains the wonderful Wisent Hut (recommendation: potato pancakes or Kaiserschmarren, but be careful
