Perfect combination of culture, nature and hiking at the gates of Bratislava. The sand formations are very impressive and the birds sail acrobatically into their nest caves. Wonderful tour with a view of the Danube and March.

The four rope bridges of the Ferrata Vaganac via ferrata have it all! You sometimes have to make a tremendous effort to reach the other end of the bridge! We walked past lush flowering meadows and great views of the surrounding valleys to the Gauermann Hütte. The sweet dessert was in the form of delicious wild strawberries 🥰 wonderful tour

Fantastic hike in the Wachau. The climb is really varied to walk and the view of Dürnstein and the Danube is stunning. We saw super beautiful emerald lizards.. they were just a bit photo shy.
Clear recommendation for this hike..also because a visit to a wine tavern is recommended afterwards 😀

In a good old tradition, we once again did a short "alibi hike" before the Easter snack 😀 There is a lot of variety on the south bank to Laggerbucht ... the ships only leave from May... we still got home in time for the snack 😉

Trail training was the order of the day again today.
The Kaiserstein Trail went straight away. The frost trail is not a problem. However, the uphill afterwards to the Hase Bankerl is tough.
I couldn't drive through it. The last stretch at the top is a steep S-shaped slope.
I guess this easily over 40% incline

Today I was on tour with the oldies again!
The Schöpfl is a great tour.
Recommended only with the e-bike.
The driveway from Wollersdorf has it all. 35% incline. This is only possible with an e-bike.
I was able to complete the ascent. But had a maximum heart rate of 178 at the age of 63!
That says it all 😊.

Today it was time again to drive through the quarry trail for a training session.
Unfortunately no success report, the 3 key points have it all.
But it keeps getting better....😀

It started with Werner from Sooß today. There are two really difficult short climbs before the driveway to Kaisersteinweg. We must have tried each of them ten times before we finally managed the steep ascents. We also saw mountain bikers who had problems descending from these places. Then on to the Harzberg

Unfortunately a lot of rain at the moment here on the Amalfi Coast...
The Vogelberg Steig in the Wachau is more beautiful.
However, when the sun is shining, this path of the gods should really be one of the most beautiful in Europe.
Then you can see the brilliant blue of the sea and sky merging into one
