A fantastic panoramic view awaits you on the Mindelheim via ferrata. We enjoyed it very much.
There is already a lot about the via ferrata on bergsteiger.com
However, we can only recommend this to beginners who have already climbed several via ferratas (with C-sections). So rather advanced 😉

Easy easy hike or bike ride to the Christlessee from the Oberstdorf parking lot and back again.

If you start early, you get one of the few parking spaces at the starting point of the route.
The panoramic view of the Allgäu Alps and the valley is beautiful and the tour was worth it.
On the way to the Schnipenkopf, a safety rope makes a short, slightly sloping passage easier.

In good weather, a very nice hike with currently (August 2023) 2 of 3 accessible via ferrata sections (Edelrid 1&2), which are popular and frequented. A pleasure in dry weather, which is rewarded with a beautiful view.

After a short steep climb, you will be rewarded with a very nice view of the (winter) landscape.
Some paths are crossed by ski slopes in winter, so be particularly careful when walking.
