The Churchill War Rooms, part of the Imperial War Museums, are the underground command center that protected Churchill and his war cabinet during German air raids in World War II.
You can explore the historic rooms where secret strategies were once developed. There's also a multimedia interactive section.
It's not cheap, though – admission (unlike many other large, free public museums) is £33 per person!
