The pagoda is located right beside the Thames offering a great view of Chelsea Embankment.
Apparently there are 80 Peace Pagodas around the world including this one. The Peace Pagodas were built as part of Buddhist monk Nichidatsu Fujii’s (1885–1985) advocacy for world peace and non-violence.
