The memorial cross in the center of Kaszó commemorates the 52nd International Eucharistic Congress, which took place in Budapest in September 2021. Organized regularly since 1881 (most recently every four years), the week-long event with participants from all over the world celebrates Jesus Christ present in the Blessed Sacrament according to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
