The Portomaso Business Tower (known as Big Blue) is the first skyscraper on the island of Malta. It is located in St. Julian's. The building is 98 meters tall and has 22 floors (the elevator goes up to the 22nd floor; the ground floor is called "Level 0"). The tower opened in 2001 and has still met with little enthusiasm among the local population.
