Also known as the Pazo de San Marcos, it is a historic building built in 1886. Originally, it was conceived to be a hospital, but it was never used as such. Since its beginnings, it has been the headquarters of the Provincial Council of Lugo.
The building is located on San Marcos Street, on the former site of the San Marcos Chapel. Its façade is symmetrical and is built in stone, with three rear naves facing the Wall of Lugo. In addition, it has an elegant garden full of magnolias.
