Vandring
The Entenstein moated castle is the most historic and one of the oldest buildings in the idyllic wine-growing community of Schliengen. The building has only existed in its current form since the beginning of the 16th century. But as early as the High Middle Ages, a square residential tower surrounded by a moat stood in its place - a so-called pond house. The castle is now considered a cultural and historical gem of the region and is used as the town hall of the municipality of Schliengen. Numerous community and wine festivals are held in the adjacent castle park.

Cykling
Very beautiful park with a moated castle, which now houses a town hall. A playground and a fountain complete the picture. Really idyllic.
