The Haad Rin Lighthouse is located in the south of the Thai island of Koh Phangan, near the famous Haad Rin Beach, known for its lively full moon parties. Although the lighthouse itself is rather small and unassuming, the surrounding area offers a special atmosphere that makes a visit worthwhile.
A wooden walkway leads along the cliffs to the lighthouse, allowing for a scenic stroll overlooking the sea. The cliffs surrounding the lighthouse invite you to linger and are an ideal place to enjoy the sunrise or simply the peace and quiet away from the busy beaches.
