The sculpture “Kissing Forbidden” by the artist Wolfgang Auer is located in the castle pond below the Wittelsbach Castle in Friedberg. This depiction of a mermaid playing with a golden ball was installed as part of the Bavarian State Exhibition 2020 and is part of the sculpture path around the castle. The sculpture blends harmoniously into the surroundings and invites visitors to experience the connection between art and nature in the castle park.
