Vandring

The Wilischbach meanders for about 4.5 kilometers through a wooded valley to its mouth in the Lockwitzbach at the Teufelsmühle. In addition to its role in the wild and romantic landscape design, the Wilischbach also serves as an important drainage channel for the region. On its way, it impresses with moss-covered rock formations and small waterfalls, especially along the popular hiking trail through the Wilischgrund.

Vandring

The Wilischbach drains the Wilisch and the Kleiner Wilisch into the Lockwitzbach near the Teufelsmühle inn. The Wilischgrund cuts deep into the sandstone plate to the south. Two iron-rich springs emerge from the northern side of the slope and can be easily recognized by their rusty color when it snows.
