The Church of Sant Josep de Maó was built in 1738 by the community of caretakers, stokers and stokers and is dedicated to Sant Josep. It is a very simple building, unique in its nature, with small chapels on each side. In the period between 1764 and 1782 it became part of the Anglican cult, but with the Spanish rule in 1802 it finally passed to the Catholic cult.
