Vandring
Grmada is a popular hiking objective in the Celje region. Its summit provides beautiful views across the Posavje Hills, Celje and the Savinjska Valley, while Slovenia's great mountain ranges are visible in the distance on clear days. To the south east, you'll find the Pečovnik hut, a lovely wooden hut built by members of the Grmada Celje mountaineering club.

Grmada - Celje's house mountain is a popular hiking spot. It is located south of Celje, above the village of Zagrad.
From the top of Grmada, where the large cross stands, there is an extraordinary view of the Posavina Hills, the Old Castle, the town of Celje and the Savinjska Valley. With good visibility, the view reaches all the way to Julijce, Karavanki and the Kamnik-Savinja Alps to Pohorje. Accessible from different directions; Celje huts, from Celje through Zagrad settlements, across Hudičev Graben and past Pečovniška hut.
Suitable for visiting throughout the year.
