Vandring
Museum of the manufacture of meat extract using the process developed by Justus von Liebig. The former factory is a UNESCO Industrial World Heritage Site and is located in the Barrio Anglo district (Anglo the name of the company from the 1920s). The apartments of the factory workers can be found in this somewhat remote part of the city.

Historical Industrial Museum. If you are interested, a visit is a must. In the 46 buildings, up to 3,000 animals were slaughtered and processed every day. 5,000 people were employed to keep the operation running 24 hours a day.
