Vandring
It stands there quite charmingly: the water tower on the former powder magazine, surrounded by a lovely and tranquil park. Colorful benches invite you to chat. Or you can simply take a break there and let the water tower work its magic on you. Towards the street, near the opening in the wall of the former bastion, an old rotary pump still stands.

Vandring
Glacis City Park - Neu-Ulm
Kollmannspark
Directly from Glacis Park, you can access Kollmannspark, which stretches along the other side of the fortress walls, between the Glacis and Turmstraße.
The park was laid out in 1910 around Neu-Ulm's landmark, the water tower. Large, old trees invite visitors to stroll. The annual family festival has been held here since 1997.
After the Second World War, the park became overgrown. From 1994 to 1996, the city renovated the powder magazine on which the water tower is built and redesigned the park.
Kollmannspark
