The Plaza Mayor stands out as an architectural complex. Monumental and sober, wrapped in solemnity, it opens onto the ledge of the Plazuela de la Trinidad. It is governed by two adjoining Renaissance towers, that of the church and that of the Tardón, both the work of the brilliant architect from Alcarace Andrés de Vandelvira and that constitute the image of the town in memory and in the distance. Most of the square maintains the constancy of the archery, which supports the Town Hall, the Lonja del Corregidor and the Regatería of sober classicism.
