The ruins of the monastery of Santo, also known as the monastery of San Pedro include remains of the church, the cloister and some rooms. It was founded in the 13th century and was located in a strategic place to control the passes of the Sierra de Alcaraz.

Walking the trails of the La Molata and Los Batanes nature reserve. you will find the ruins of the monastery of El Santo de Alcaraz. On the way to Alcaraz you must stop at the Cascada de los Batanes and cool off in its cold waters.
