Vandring

The St. Paulus Church was built in the transition period from the late Romanesque to the early Gothic. The single-nave brick church is about 50 meters long and has a 42-meter high church tower that is 15.5 meters wide. There is also the choir room, which is 11 meters wide on the outside.

Thanks to investigations in the roof structure above the choir, it was found that the choir and the nave were built around the middle of the 13th century. Thus St. Paulus is one of the oldest city churches in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
