Nice beach to take a very cold Maine dip. Beautiful boulders at low tide. A lot of kayak and paddle board launches.

Unlike many of the rocky, cliffy beaches that Maine is known for, Sand Beach is a small sandy cove that is the perfect spot for a cold dip in the Atlantic. This scenic beach is a great place to pause and snap a few photos before continuing on your ride.
