On the highest point of the Nordpark Wuppertal in the "Bauden" style (as in the Giant and Jizera Mountains). Is currently being rebuilt.

Vandring

The excursion restaurant, the tower terraces from around 1850, which used to be an attraction, is due to reopen around 2022. Unfortunately, the tower that was used by the anti-aircraft defense in World War II is not included in the gastronomy. But it should also be opened for viewing. Between the trees, however, you still have a good view of the Barmen and Langerfeld districts from the terraces, on the opposite hills in the south are Lichtscheid, the Barmer Anlagen and the Barmer Wald.
