In Gravedona you have to look for the Middle Ages on the lakeshore, where there is a church of rare beauty: S. Maria del Tiglio, a building for which the Maestri Comacini became famous and of which the Gravedoners are so proud today. This church in typical Romanesque style was built in the second half of the 12th century and was built over a baptismal church (5th century), which was dedicated to John the Baptist.

Very nice church. In the nave quite simply furnished, designed in the altar area for it with magnificent murals.

Vandring

The church with a square floor plan is located near the old town, directly on Lake Como. There is no high altar, unfortunately the explanations are only in Italian, but still very worth seeing. Make sure to go down the stairs to the right of the entrance ... a very old room with columns, wall painting and floor panels.
Next to this church is the Chiesa di San Vicenzo and various family tombs.
