Vandring
Centrum Praskie Koneser is a residential, office and service complex, built on the site of the former Warsaw Vodka Factory "Koneser" in Praga-Północ. The investment included the revitalization of historic factory buildings and the construction of new facilities, harmoniously fitting into the post-industrial character of the place. The complex includes soft-loft apartments, office space, retail and service premises, restaurants and the Polish Vodka Museum. In 2017, the central square of the complex was named Koneser Square. Among the tenants was Google, which opened Campus Warsaw here, a space for startups.

The former factory site has been beautifully renovated, but unfortunately it has the extremely bland aftertaste of gentrification... Hip cafes, hip people. The original residents stay away or, in the worst case, have fallen victim to gentrification.
