The old town hall in Bad Toelz in Marktstrasse.
The three-storey, stucco-articulated flat gable roof house dates from 1634.
Until 1904 it was the town hall, then a residential and commercial building.

Vandring
With the conversion of the Bürgerbräu into the town hall, the now “old town hall” underwent a change of use. In 1904, shops were built on the ground floor according to Seidl's plans and the shop windows facing Marktstrasse were designed in Seidl's typical segmental arch style. The passage to Rathausgasse remained open. A stucco medallion decorated with garlands
has since then indicated the former function of the building
there.
