Nice climb to the chapel. The view keeps getting better. If you want to gain height quickly, take the stairs. But there is also a way outside.

The many steps are already intense. We walked around the outside, through the pine forest. Was definitely nicer.

On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the mountain chapel, the stairs to the chapel were built in 1916. At the same time, four of the former seven stations of an old Way of the Cross – known as the Fall of Christ – were set up on pedestals next to the stairs.
