It is a suspended viewing platform that gives visitors a wide view of the city on the northeast coast and the Kattegat. Behind the platform there is a 40 square meter bench that is designed like a mini hill landscape. It is part of a 200 square meter concrete area in the shape of Skagen Odde. Grenen at the top forms the outermost viewing point. "We also want to use the viewing platform to convey the geology and history of the area," explains project manager Steen Heftholm from the municipality of Frederikshavn.
