Vandring

Construction is still underway at the museum, but the renovations in the Katharinenhalle are already complete, and visitors can view a fantastic collection of various aspects of the sea across three floors.

The Oceanographic Museum is not yet finished, but it is clear that the entire complex will reach a modern and impressive standard.

A beautiful location that has been interestingly redesigned. The new building, featuring an impressive large aquarium, is still under construction and will eventually lead to the modernized aquarium basement.

You can see and learn a lot there. For children also very interesting. Many animals, information and flashcards / videos etc.

Vandring

The Maritime Museum in Stralsund's old town is definitely worth a visit. It is located in the St. Catherine's Monastery.
From January 2021 it will be closed for extensive renovation work until spring 2023.
