Driveway from the parking lot opposite the "Zitherwirt" in Dreistetten. You can walk into the castle via a breach at the end of the path. On the north side beautiful view of the Piestingtal.

The ruins can be easily combined with a hike on the Hohe Wand, for example, via the easy Drobilsteig up and down. It's best not to go up the Zischkasteig, as it's completely overgrown at the bottom, with thorn bushes up to chest height. But if you do want to, please only go up the Zischkasteig, not down.
