Vandring

If you are on the Bärenstein, you should definitely do the Upper Circular Trail. Several vantage points offer a wonderful view of the surroundings: from Weipert via Annaberg-Buchholz with the beautiful Sankt Annen Church and Pöhlberg, to the long Lulatsch from Chemnitz, the Geyrian Forest including the TV tower, the Markersbach pumped storage plant, Cranzahl including the dam and of course Fichtelberg and Keilberg . Benches invite you to linger and discover the landscape.

If you have little time before stopping at the mountain hotel, you should at least take the Upper Circular Trail, which connects beautiful rest areas with magnificent views in all directions.
