The National Museum of African American History and Culture is the only national museum created for to preserve African American history and culture. This Museum is home to over 40,000 artifacts and was opened on September 24, 2016.

Vandring

The museum is interesting and you learn a lot of new details from the history of Afro-Americans, but really new perspectives are rather rare. Definitely worth a visit, but not in the first place for me.
