Very nice tour. Mainly on bike paths away from traffic. About half of the route along the Ruhr or the Kemnader reservoir. On the way back along the Ölbachtal and Ümminger See. Only through Witten via (secondary) roads. You have to be a bit careful there and it goes downhill nicely. the ferry across the
