Pretty wavy today with one or two meters of altitude in it. After a lot of canal banging, normal streets that are a bit more varied again, on which nothing, absolutely nothing is going on. Recommendation!

After an endless channel of shooting, we unfortunately had to say goodbye to our brave comrade Marco, because he caught something and took the train home with a fever.

First having to repair a defective gear cable (Jan is slowly but surely catching up in the defect rating). Then in relatively cool weather to Metz, made lunch there and then on to Nancy. The French know cycle paths simply! Really beautiful in nature and almost nothing going on. dreamy!
