Fantastic views and flowing sections await you on this tour. You can easily reach the starting point at Caischavedra by cable car from Disentis.
The ups and downs will be quite technical at times, leading you to the Plaun Grond (Bostg) viewpoint. Watch out for other hikers on this section and be considerate

Look forward to fun descents amidst stunning nature. The starting point is the Oberalp Pass. You'll find parking at the top of the pass, or you can take the train from Sedrun or Disentis.
You'll quickly leave the pass road and the hustle and bustle behind you and roll down a flowing singletrack trail
